Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at TX Cabinetry.
Please carefully inspect all items upon arrival; it is consumers responsibility to notify Texas Cabinetry Kitchen & Bath of any damages to the shipment within 24 hours of delivery. If an order is signed and accepted by the client with out any note on the shipping receipt, the order will be flagged as complete.
Texas Cabinetry Kitchen & Bath must be notified of any other damages within 24 hours. Any items installed and/or not in the original packing cannot be returned or claimed as damages.
Shortages such as missing items and/or any visible shipping damage must be noted at the time you receive the shipment and must written on the shipping receipt and signed by you and the driver.

Receiving:
When picking up cabinets at the warehouse have your receipt ready, check all boxes, if you need to open them feel free to do so. Once you have signed off on the receipt this means you agree there is no damage to the cabinets and Texas Cabinetry Kitchen & Bath is no longer responsible for the cabinets other than obvious manufacturer defects, so please make sure that you are satisfied with the product before you leave the warehouse.
Delivery:
If you are having your cabinets delivered be sure and inspect them as they are removed from the truck; if there are any damage please bring it to attention of the driver and make sure to notate it on the delivery receipt. Please contact Texas Cabinetry Kitchen & Bath to let us know there is damage to your order withing 24 hours to assist you with your concern in a timely manner.
